
There are various different ways to support St Teresa’s parish:-
- giving your time – volunteering or sharing skills
- Financial contribution – regular or one off
- praying regularly for our community as we try to witness to Christ’s values in our lives and our local area.
Supporting us through sharing time and skills
If you are able to volunteer time, share your skills or are interested in learning more around the ministries in the parish then please contact the Office or Fr Tony after Mass CONTACT US
There are a number of ways of supporting the parish financially
- Online donation to St Teresa of the Child Jesus Norris Green via the Liverpool Archdiocese site (includes Gift Aid option)
- Card payment system at the back of church
- By Standing Order from your bank account (includes Gift Aid option)
- Through the Planned Giving envelopes which are handed in at the offertory collection (includes Gift Aid option)
- Collection at the offertory at Mass.
Gift Aid
Gift Aid is a UK Government scheme that allows charities, including our parish, to claim back tax on donations made by UK taxpayers.
If you are a UK taxpayer, the government will add 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you; so if you donate £10 the parish receives £12-50. For more information on this scheme contact the Office. CONTACT US

Follow the link below to the secure online donation page. Do not click the top right hand donate button – instead – select middle section “Giving to your parish” and click on the button give to a parish

If you are not used to this option, then the document below gives detailed instructions. The areas ringed in red are the key steps to choose. You can make a one off or a regular donation this way. Please take care to choose St Teresa of the Child Jesus NORRIS GREEN (there are multiple parishes called St Teresa / St Teresa of the Child Jesus in the Archdiocese!)

Please contact the Office for the relevant forms which are straight forward to complete. They can be collected the following week from the Sacristy.
Contactless Donating at St Teresa’s
A recent addition to the options for making a financial contribution to the parish is the installation of a SumUp contactless donating machine at the back of the church, which will accept contactless cards or phone (as in a shop/restaurant)
- Tap the SumUp screen
- Select one of the suggested amounts of money or type in the amount you wish to donate
- Tap your card or phone on the SumUp unit
- Wait for confirmation of payment
